doc: gsg: remove nRF52 and nRF5340 start guides

Removed the nRF52 Series Getting Started Guide.
Removed the nRF5340 Getting Started Guide.
These guides are now replaced by the Quick Start app.
Reworked the getting started landing page to Quick Start page.
