[nrf fromlist] boards: nordic: nrf54l20pdk: Increase RAM, Flash on FLPR

Increase SRAM and RRAM available for FLPR core on nRF54L20.
Increase both memories from 64k to 96k as it's on L15.
L20 has more memory than L15.
Currently, some tests/samples doesn't fit.
