[nrf fromtree] MAINTAINERS.yml: patch comparator drivers area

The comparator drivers area contains the following incorrect area:

files:
  - include/zephyr/dt-bindings/clock/

and contains the following duplicate area:

files:
  - include/zephyr/drivers/comparator/

this commit removes them.
