[nrf fromlist] drivers: nrf_wifi: Add prompt to Kconfig

Add prompt to Kconfig NRF70_SYSTEM_WITH_RAW_MODES.
It is assigned in a configuration file, but is not directly
user-configurable (has no prompt). It gets its value
indirectly from other symbols.
