[nrf noup] drivers: entropy: Switch entropy driver in nRF54L20

nrf-squash! [nrf noup] entropy: Add fake entropy nRF PRNG driver

Change psa driver to nordic entropy. nRF54L20 needs it as well
as nRF54H20.
