Vite support for the NestJs plugin?

Hey! Nx already supports vite for react apps. Any chance it'll support vite based builders for nestjs plugin? Current one seems to be using webpack still.

@nx/webpack:build doesn't support includeDevDependenciesInPackageJson, only generatePackageJson

When to Use Vite vs Webpack for NestJS

	Webpack (default NestJS bundler)	Vite (alternative bundler)
Stability	Very stable and fully supported by NestJS.	Experimental for NestJS, more frontend-focused.
Performance	Optimized for backend needs.	Blazing fast dev server startup (ESM + HMR).
Compatibility	Full support for NestJS features and plugins.	Some advanced features (e.g., GraphQL, Swagger) might break or need extra config.
Production Readiness	Reliable build artifacts for servers.	ESM-only output can cause deployment issues if not handled carefully.
