Link directly to the failure from the PR comment

Hello, this is a request to link directly to the failure, when there's only one failure.

When there's more than one failure, the original behavior is fine, though linking to the first failure would be the most convenient for me.

In both cases, the second click is unneeded, at least in my situation. The failures could be auto-expanded.
