[Reopen] Dep graph: filter by tags

Description

The dep graph allow to filter by tag/s

Motivation

For workspaces with many projects the dep graph becomes huge and different to manage.

Suggested Implementation

The dep graph should read the available tags from eslintrc and show a check-box list of all tags, so that we can easily filter by tag or multiple tags
