I'm afraid to update NX

I've been a user of NX for quite a while now and have promoted it for people starting new monorepo work but lately, ever upgrade breaks something new.

ATM, I'm using it for module federation work which might make upgrading more complicated but I literally cannot upgrade as every version since the one that I'm currently on has a new bug that breaks functionality for me. Fix one, break another it seems.

Is anyone else using module federation with NX that has found a way to avoid the updating fear? Is there a test repo somewhere of a full featured module federation app using nx where the latest version is tested before release?
