Prefer native TS support in node rather auto-importing swc or ts-node

It seems that Nx will automatically load SWC or ts-node, depending on which one is found first. NX_PREFER_TS_NODE=true is also an option. The logic is here:

In my view, this is undesirable because

• Node supports TS natively
• SWC and ts-node introduce issues (my config breaks with both, but works with Node)
• asking the entire team to set NX_PREFER_TS_NODE in their env is impossible

I also opened a bug report for the incorrect warning:
