nx migrate naming

I'm not coming from angular world, and the command nx migrate has a very unintuitive name for me. I thought it was about db migrations, but I have literally no idea what it's supposed to do.

At least it would be nice to update the docs to make it more clear what it actually means, cause I read it and I have no idea. Big picture feature request is to actually rename the CLI migrate to something else.
