Current Behavior

Fails to create workspace.

Expected Behavior

Workspace created with Vitest & Angular as the unit test runner.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Run npx create-nx-workspace@latest (currently evaluating as v22.3.3)
  2. Select Custom when prompted for Which starter do you want to use?
  3. Select Angular when prompted for Which stack do you want to use?
  4. Select Vitest & Angular when prompted for Which unit test runner would you like to use?
