Cannot provide custom archiveUri

Hello. This simply doesn't work:

```dart
JMDict().initFromNetwork(
  archiveUri: Uri.parse(
    "https://mystorage.somewhere.com/download/JMdict.gz",
  ),
);
```

it still downloads the `_LATEST_FILE_URL`.
