Description
With things like vCluster - that's Kubernetes, so jumping from 0.20 to 0.23 will violate the N-2 rule and probably end in catastrophe. We should choose the closest upgrade, not the latest and greatest to mitigate this type of fail. This allows:
- Smaller incremental changes
- Less chance of fail
- More sleep due to reduced outage
