Undefined bashunit dependency for tests

The test scripts include a file bashunit.sh. However, it is nowhere stated what the source of this file is. There are numerous bashunit projects out there so it is impossible to pick the correct one.

Either add a section to the readme for the tests or add a comment to the test scripts that states which bashunit you use.
