Making `temporality` less fuzzy

I agree that the temporality of the problem/cause is interesting to have, but as it stands, it is too fuzzy. I think it's important that the taxonomy is actionable and, in particular, that it is clear how to categorize some study using it. To enable that, I think we need to have a (small) set of key terms and accompanying descriptions, as for the other dimensions

I have not yet thought about what this could look like.
