Migrate notebooks from NSIDC-Data-Tutorials

Migrate content related to iceflow from NSIDC-Data-Tutorials and replace with a note about the iceflow library/docs.

We want iceflow (this repo) to be the source of truth for all things related to iceflow. The NSIDC-Data-Tutorials repo should point to this one.

@trey-stafford I noticed that we also reference the corrections notebook in the getting started notebook: https://iceflow.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting-started.html. This link should be updated as part of this migration.
