Support: web components embed

DW has a new method of embedding visualisations: https://developer.datawrapper.de/docs/web-components

This should be fairly simple to implement, with a checkbox for the embed type - iframe, or web component.
Checking 'web component' would implement using the javascript using the example in the docs.
