Question regarding licensing and a C# version of tiny11builder #561

Hello @ntdevlabs,

First, let me say thank you for creating and sharing the tiny11builder project! It's a fantastic and very useful tool.

I am a big fan of the project and I'm interested in using your script's logic as a foundation to develop a C#/.NET desktop

application. My goal is to create a version with a graphical user interface (GUI) to give it the look and feel of a native Windows
application.

I saw your note in the README.md that says, "It's open-source, so feel free to add or remove anything you want!", which I

really appreciate.

However, because the repository doesn't have a formal license file (like MIT, GPL, etc.), I wanted to contact you directly to

be respectful of your work and ensure everything is in order before I begin.

I want to assure you that any derived work I create would give clear credit to you and your original `tiny11builder` project.

Furthermore, I would not intend to sell or profit from this C# application, respecting your choice to provide this valuable tool
free of charge.

Would you be open to either:

   1. Adding a permissive open-source license (such as the MIT License) to the tiny11builder repository?
   2. Or, could you provide explicit written permission for me to create (and potentially distribute) this new C# application
based on your original work, under the condition that it remains free and provides attribution?

Adding a license file would be incredibly helpful for me and any other developers who would love to build upon your project.

Thank you again for your time and for the great work!
