Why it registers only one set of routes?

I have following in my main.rs

HttpServer::new(move || {
        App::new()
            .wrap(
                Cors::new()
                    .allowed_origin("http://localhost:5173")
                    .supports_credentials()
                    .max_age(3600)
                    .finish()
            )
            .state(state.clone())
            .wrap(web::middleware::Logger::default())
            .wrap(web::middleware::Compress::default())
            .service((web::scope(apiv1).configure(users::routes::init),
            web::scope(apiv1).configure(tags::routes::init),
            web::scope(apiv1).configure(votes::routes::init),
            web::scope(apiv1).configure(questions::routes::init),))
    })
    .workers(num_cpus::get())
    .keep_alive(300)
    .bind(&state2.config.listen)?
    .run()
    .await

But it registers only first set of services from users::routes::init. How can I make it register all the routes?

Never mind I fixed it. It should have been following(posting in case someone else makes this mistake):

.service(web::scope(apiv1).configure(users::routes::init)
            .configure(tags::routes::init)
            .configure(votes::routes::init)
            .configure(questions::routes::init))
