Improve README for newcomers #38

Hello! As a person completely new to this, I would appreciate if the section https://github.com/nubank/workspaces#workspaces explained briefly what this is all about and what is a card, before jumping to the setup. (I can go read it on the DevCards page but it would be nice to have it here as well.)
Also, the animated gif is too fast to follow. + perhaps link to a demo video, if there is one?
