Handling Other requests

Hi,
I'm wondering what is the correct way to handle "Other requests" as in the types of requests found here: https://sdk.wialon.com/wiki/en/kit/remoteapi/apiref/requests/requests

The one I'm trying to use is
`http://{host}/avl_evts?sid=<text>`

I can do this manually, but I don't see a way via the SDK.
