why use rust over cpp

I don't think there is much need to implement it in rust.

there is no need to implement it in rust, just personal preference.
Because my job is writing cpp and deploy models for mobile devices, I do know cpp more but I dislike for debugging memory corruption and multi thread.
You can export the project's interface to c api and repack the project as c++ cmake project if you want.
