Request: MacOS and IMDB support

Firstly thank you so much for creating this. This is exactly what I am looking for, however can we please get this in a non-docker version. I use MacOS and I don't use docker.

Also I find that IMDB keywords are more reliable than TMDB. Can we get IMDB keyword integration please? Thank you :)
