bug: chat disconnecting without reconnecting #143
Description
If you leave a stream on for its full duration you'll notice at some point the chat disconnects and doesn't reconnect.
Expected Behavior: Disconnects move on to retry connection until a successful connection is established or an "impossible" situation occurs (e.g. we're told the user's credentials are wrong/expired/unrefreshable).
Current Behavior: Disconnects and never reconnects. Unknown whether due to oauth token refresh issue or chat client reconnect issue.
