Description
Allow moderators on twitch to control OBS.
Obviously this is an ambitious goal but we can break it down into a MVP. The use case almost universally held by all streamers that is the least "scary" or "controversal" from a security perspective is allowing mods to control the volume of audio inputs on stream. They can't edit or delete anything outside of sound levels.
This feature would require:
- A landing page on the site to explain the feature.
- Direction to download desktop application
- Twitch login to get e-mail and channels modded for
- A config page for OBS owner to provide users access to their volume controls.
- Twitch user search
- Pre-filtered list of mods for channel
- Ability to restrict exposure of white/blacklist of volume controls
- A page for moderators to edit the volume controls of live channels they've been given access to.
- A desktop application that is capable of pulling data from OBS and uploading it to the site.
The scope of all work is limited to muting/unmuting and adjusting the volume of audio input currently available in OBS. There is no functionality related to creating new audio channels or deleting existing audio channels.
