Objective

To implement a validator system that enables the community to participate in validation duties by staking NUM tokens, in accordance with the governance framework and DAO decision.

Tasks for Implementation

Smart Contract Development

• Design staking mechanism (stake, unstake, lock period)
• Implement reward distribution logic
• Add slashing/penalty mechanism (if applicable)
• Security review and audit of smart contracts

Validator Dashboard

• UI for staking/unstaking NUM
• Display validator status and performance
• Integrate Capture Account linking

Documentation & Communication

• Write community validator onboarding guide
• Publish validator FAQ
• Plan validator rollout campaign

Timeline
