[Issue] the Avalanche faucet for NUM can't claim

Reproduce step

1. go to https://core.app/tools/testnet-faucet/?subnet=num&token=num
2. put in the wallet
3. will get the transaction & 2NUM token
4. but the transaction hash can't find it &not get the NUM token

Expectation

can get the testnet 2 NUM token

Scott Yan 麻煩把 faucet 相關的問題都放到 capture-eye patch sprint 後的 patch sprint，faucet 不是 critical issue
