Build fails on arm64 Linux

Building for the arm64 architecture on Linux fails with the following error:

src/nupic/math/ArrayAlgo.hpp:3539:11: error: impossible constraint in 'asm'

hi @paulscode , could you please test the community version? I would be interested if it compiles on ARM64. We've removed ASM and made many cleanups, so there's a chance it'll work out of the box (or with little fixes)
