Allow front end pages to accept HTTP GET

It would be helpful for the front end (user facing) pages to accept HTTP GET calls.  This would allow one to send a link to a page that has prepopulated file system and ownership info, such as this:

https://<hostname>/<path>/<page>.php?fs=<fsname>&owner=<username>
```
