[BUG] auth return to a url and localhost:1455 refuse to connect

Bug Description
I'm not sure if this is my pc's network issue, maybe someone knows this and provide a little help?

Steps to Reproduce

1. install the npm package
2. run opencode auth login select openai and start auth
3. go to browser and paste the url
4. finish auth and localhost:1455 refuse to connect

Environment

• opencode version: 1.1.6
• Plugin version: @lastest
• Operating System: windows11
• Node.js version: v25.2.1

On the refusal page, copy the code in the url (after code= and before &scope=openid) and use that to paste into the opencode. but ensure u use the URL option when u use 'opencode auth login' . That worked for me!
