Benchmark macro and resource management:

• Adapting to new google benchmark requirements of >= v1.9.2. Ref [clang-tidy] use unique_ptr for benchmark registration google/benchmark#1927. Updated the MY_BENCHMARK_CAPTURE macro in bench.h to use a std::unique_ptr for managing benchmark instances, improving memory management and code clarity.

Benchmark coverage improvements:

• Added BENCH_SORT(vqsort, uint16_t) and BENCH_SORT(vqsort, int16_t) to bench-vqsort.cpp, increasing the variety of integer types tested in sorting benchmarks.

Build and script configuration:

• Changed the build script in bench-compare.sh to set the build_vqsortbench flag instead of build_ippbench.
