debian: netcat is missing for  vm.wait_for_open_port

**Describe the bug**

Debian has no netcat installed

**To Reproduce**

```
vm.wait_for_open_port(22) # needs netcat to check the port
```

**Expected behavior**

ports gets checked like on ubuntu
