General Priorities

1. Working as effectively and efficiently as possible given that all team members are pretty busy right now. We will try to use everyone's time wisely by focusing on one major feature at a time and releasing it.

2. Finding more volunteers to work on the project.

   All: please suggest folks you may know, especially those working in areas we don't already cover well.

3. Cleaning up our code base so it's easier to work with.

4. Delivering the final features for the 3.x series and then switching to 4.0 development.

Work in Progress

1. Waiting a few days for feedback from the beta before releasing final 3.15.0

2. Beginning work on changes for 4.0, beginning with those already present in the dev-4.0 branch. The main and dev-4.0 branches have deviated enough that directly merging will probably take more work than simply recreating the changes. Once this is done, the dev-4.0 branch will be removed. See issue 1102.
