Previews for MTPv2

We started releasing some previews of MTP v2. I think it would be nice to start having some corresponding previews from NUnit as well. It will need to be a major version though as it's a breaking change release.

@Youssef1313 About the previews for MTP 2, this issue doesn't seem to have anything we should do right now.

What are you thinking about NUnit previews for this ?

Sample projects ?
Alpha releases ?

Ok, I can create a MTPv2 branch to hold the code for the preview packages, and we can release alpha versions from that branch.

Thanks. I see the branch https://github.com/nunit/nunit3-vs-adapter/tree/MTPv2. Currently it's not updated yet to MTP v2 but I'm assuming it's a work-in-progress.

One thing to note again is that MTP v2 is a breaking change release, so up to you to decide if you want to bump your major version as well.

I have not done any code changes there. You know which preview versions you want in there, right ?

Also, if other code changes are needed, some of your guys need to step up. Or, you must point us to the documentation needed.
