Feature: Instruct on how to obtaiin an Access Token

I found out how to get an access token for my matrix.org profile using Element Desktop. If there are other ways it would be good to inform somewhere on how to proceed.

For others looking how to obtain an access token with Element Desktop:

1. Open All Settings and go to "Help and about" at the bottom of the left panel.
2. Scroll all the way down to "Advanced" and click the arrow in "Access Token" to expand it.
3. Click the copy button to copy it to the clipboard

And be careful with this thing. It's sensitive! Erase from your clipboard and clipboard history after use.

Good point - for me it was not obvious and your issue helped me out. Works very similiar with the webversion (element.io)

Thanks for the suggestion! I've implemented a built-in guide directly into the Preferences window.

Instead of a separate tutorial page, I added a discrete help indicator next to the Access Token field. Hovering over it provides step-by-step instructions on how to retrieve the token from Element. This keeps the UI minimalist while ensuring new users have the information exactly where they need it.

This update also includes a direct link to the GitHub README for more detailed documentation. It will be available in the next release.
