* Try to get the command doc comment bot working

Trying to use the `pull_request_target` triggeer instead, as that has
apparently different permissions according to:
https://docs.github.com/en/actions/writing-workflows/choosing-when-your-workflow-runs/events-that-trigger-workflows#pull_request_target

* Messing with the docs DO NOT MERGE

* Remove the `opened` filter

* Update ansi.md

* Also protect the categories
