Nutanix Opendocs are not up to date with latest CAPX releases

Opendocs https://opendocs.nutanix.com show the latest CAPX release as v1.5.x but latest CAPX release is 1.6.x and latest pre-release is 1.7.x. We need to keep Opendocs up to date with latest CAPX release.
