Unit tests for lifecycle(add-ons) handlers

Currently we dont have unit tests that patches add-ons. https://github.com/d2iq-labs/cluster-api-runtime-extensions-nutanix/tree/main/pkg/handlers/generic/lifecycle

As we are adding more add-ons, we should start adding unit tests first.
