End user-adjustable settings

It would be beneficial to have a runtime UI that allows the user to change gauge settings. A few possible properties may be major tick density, and min and max values. This can be accessible with a small button that's normally hidden, but appears when the gauge is selected or moused-over. When clicked, a new form opens with a preview of the gauge and the properties below for the user to adjust.
