[Feature Request] Transmission support

### Description

If I understand correctly, as it stands `seasonpackarr` only supports qBittorent.

I'd like to request support for Transmission as an alternative client.

### Alternatives

I could switch to qBittorent... Not really doable or what I want, Transmission is a good client.
