How to set a custom homepage?

Hi,

I would expect that when you have an index.vue in app/pages/ it would render that page as the homepage. Instead I get a 404.
What is the correct way to set a custom homepage?

In docus (currently) the homepage must be integrated as Markdown in the index.md file located at the root of your content folder. However, we should maybe provide a way to override the landing page with pure vue. Need to think about it.
