Adding `app/pages/index.vue` does not override the landing page

According to the Docus docs, it should be possible to add normal Vue/Nuxt pages to the app. This works fine for named routes like app/pages/hello.vue but fails for app/pages/index.vue. I’d argue that a custom index.vue page should take priority over a content/index.mdfile.

Additionally it seems that server side rendering does not pick up files in the pages directory. they only get served when I save the file and HMR kicks in.

The route shown is /test.
