Postfix for language

I would like to use page addresses like these:

• /foo ← foo-site
• /foo/kz ← foo site kz version
• /bar ← bar site default
• /bar/kz ← bar site kz version

Can I do this and is it even possible?

I try these settings in Nuxt but it doesn't work:

  defaultLocale: 'en',
  locales: [
    { code: 'en', language: 'en' },
    { code: 'kz', language: 'kk' },
  ],
  customRoutes: 'config',
  pages: {
    index: {
      en: '/[site]',
