Refactor NextJS AI Chatbot template into NuxtUI chat template

Now that Nuxt has been acquired by Vercel, please refactor the awesome NextJS AI Chatbot template into a Nuxt version.

It is much more feature rich and has many of the tools and features that are needed for a real battle-tested AI chat template. I know NuxtUI has a chat template, but it's lacking in UX and UI components.

Hi @dosstx, Nuxt isn't technically acquired by Vercel. It's still an independent community project.

I'm sure more features will be added soon to this template. There is a draft PR for new features like file uploads. @HugoRCD also has a fork of this template with better UI and potentially more features coming soon.

@oneminch Thanks! And yes this template will be improved gradually, as for my fork I will probably stop working on it in favor of this one (mine was a test of the new version of ai-sdk originally)

Don't think we will make one big release but multiple granular improvements !
