Render (parsed) Markdown programmatically

I'm trying to create a RSS feed for my nuxt-content powered page.

This is roughly how it looks now:

I now want to get the contents of body as rendered HTML to be able to insert it into my RSS feed, i.e. I want to programmatically do what <ContentSlot> would do.

How can I do that?
