Vue Devtools timeline

The Nuxt Devtools currently include the component inspector from the official Vue Devtools which is very useful to debug Vue stuff as opposed to Nuxt specific stuff, but it doesn't have the timeline from the original Vue Devtools which has features that the Nuxt Devtools don't have. It would be nice if it was included as well.

P.S. I often have issues where the Vue Devtools part of the Nuxt Devtools will get stuck "connecting..." and I have to refresh to get it to work.
