What about enabling SSR inline placeholders using base64 to improve first render?

I don't know if actions are being taken to improve performance but I think the easiest way to improve page rendering is doing something like that.
I thought about the http2 server push to achieve the same thing but I couldn't find progress in this way in nitro or h3 h3js/h3#73
