Changing the UI language should change the content language if its available

There's a selector on the app footer providing internationalization for the app.

I checked the TMDB API and it has support for data internationalization. Docs here

As a user, I would like the content to be translated to the same language of the UI if possible.

This can be seen as an enhancement for the app.
