Include Nuxt version support in Modules Documentation

Would it be possible to add tags to say which modules support Nuxt3/4 on the documentation?

When upgrading to Nuxt 4, I noticed that I had several packages that weren't compatible yet for Nuxt 4 but are present in the Modules page. Having the option for authors to add tags could also allows users to be able to filter based on the version they are on.

this is a great idea. I think some of this might be available in the module metadata we already have
